Welcome to the American Electric Karting League (AEKL) official shop, powered by BSR International Ltd. (BSR).

By purchasing any product or service on this site (such as race packages, merchandise, or digital content), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms apply to all purchases made through this online platform.

3. Products & Services

We offer:
- AEKL Race Packages (“Arrive & Drive” stage packages)
- Add-ons (tires, test days, videos, spare parts)
- Merchandise (team apparel, accessories)
- Digital content (photo/video rights, online coaching, etc.)

4. Race Package Terms

By purchasing any AEKL race package via this website:
- You enter into a binding participant agreement with BSR (covered under the full AEKL Driver Agreement provided after checkout).
- You agree to comply with AEKL Rules, World Karting Association (WKA) regulations, and safety protocols.
- Up to $500 USD per stage is non-refundable (see the Refund Policy below).
- Full payment must be made at least 10 days before the race stage.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read our full Refund Policy — summary below:
- $500 USD deposit per race stage is non-refundable.
- Cancellations 15+ days before race → refund of remaining balance (minus fees).
- Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the event → refund only if your spot can be resold.
- No-show or late payment → no refund.
- Event cancellation (force majeure) → credit, reschedule, or partial refund options will be offered.

6. Payment Methods

We accept:
- Credit/debit cards (3.5% fee)
- PayPal (5.5% fee)
- Bank transfer ($75 USD fee per transaction — by request only)

All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.
Applicable taxes may apply based on your location.

7. Media & Content Rights

By participating in AEKL events or purchasing media products, you agree that BSR retains full rights to:
- Use photos, video, audio, and telemetry data from events.
- Publish content on websites, social media, and promotional materials.
- No royalties or approval rights are granted to participants for such use.

8. Merchandise Sales

AEKL merchandise is sold under standard e-commerce terms:
- Orders are processed within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping times vary based on location.
- Refunds/returns only accepted for defective or incorrect items (must contact us within 14 days of receipt).

9. Liability Disclaimer

Motorsport is an inherently risky activity.
By purchasing participation in AEKL events, you acknowledge:
- Full personal responsibility for risks.
- Requirement to obtain personal insurance (accident, third-party, kart damage).
- BSR is not liable for personal injury, property loss, or third-party claims.

10. Changes to Terms

BSR reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Latest version will always be published on this website.
