American Electric Karting League – by BSR International Ltd.

1.  Who We Are

This website is operated by BSR International Ltd. (BSR), based in Latvia (EU).
We run the American Electric Karting League (AEKL) and sell race packages and related services through this site.

Our local race partners in the USA deliver the actual race services on-site during the events.

2. What You Are Buying

When you buy an AEKL race package on this site, you are buying:

• A digital service — your race entry & event participation.

• There is no physical product shipped.

• You will receive email confirmation and event instructions.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds follow our AEKL Refund Policy:

• The $500 deposit per stage is non-refundable.

• You can cancel 15+ days before the race and request a partial refund.

• If you cancel less than 15 days before the race → refunds are not guaranteed.

4. Your Responsibility

• You take part in AEKL events at your own risk.

• You must arrange your own insurance.

• We are not responsible for injuries or damages that happen during racing.

5. Laws

• This website is operated by a Latvian company (subject to EU law).

• Racing services occur in the USA, run by local U.S. teams, and adhere to local rules.
