AEKL Sponsorship Program

Season 2025: June 1 – December 30

Many of you have asked us how you can grow your racing career with the help of sponsorship. That’s why we created this program — it gives you the chance to earn up to 100% sponsored participation in the American Electric Karting League (AEKL).

Even more, you can also earn extra income and build your own racing team. You could become one of the leading teams in the most exciting electric karting championship, with a network of drivers that could help open new doors for your future motorsport career.

How the AEKL Sponsorship Program works:

  1. Step 1: You register at www.americanelectrickartingleague.com and select that you want to join the sponsorship program.
  2. Step 2: After we receive your application, the AEKL team will contact you and do a short interview to understand your plans and discuss potential cooperation.
  3. Step 3: If you are approved (and we believe many of you will be!), you will receive a unique AEKL code. When a new driver uses your code to sign up and pay for their first Arrive & Drive Championship event, they will receive 10% off their first event. Once their participation is confirmed, you will earn a $500 sponsorship from AEKL for each driver you bring in.
  4. Step 4: You can invite an unlimited number of drivers. For every driver who signs up with your code, you will earn another $500 sponsorship toward your own participation. This allows you to cover up to 100% of your Championship costs through your efforts.

Program Timeline:

  • The current program is active for the 2025 season, from June 1 to December 30, 2025.
  • The program will be renewed for the 2026 season, running from February 1 to December 30, 2026.
  • Participants who demonstrate strong results in 2025 will be given the opportunity to extend their program participation into future seasons.
  • Each year, new participants will also have the chance to join the program.

Marketing Tools Provided:

To help you get started quickly, AEKL provides:

  • Template images and videos for your social media and personal campaigns.
  • Ready-made text templates to help you promote your code and the Championship.
  • Full permission to re-share any content from the BSR YouTube channel for your promotional efforts.

We understand that starting can feel challenging — but we are here to support you!

Earnings & Tracking:

  • All event registrations happen online, and each transaction is fully trackable through the platform.
  • For every successful transaction using your code, you will receive an email notification showing:
    • The sponsorship bonus earned.
    • The total sponsorship amount available to you.
  • If needed, the AEKL team can help you coordinate any special cases to ensure you receive the best possible support.

Additional Benefits:

  • Since attending the Championship also involves travel and accommodation costs, AEKL allows you to take up to 50% of your sponsorship earnings as CASH, to help cover these expenses.
  • There is no limit to how many drivers you can recruit, but there is a limited number of Arrive & Drive spots available per event and per team. The most active and successful participants in the sponsorship program will get first access to these spots.
  • You are also fully allowed to bring in other personal sponsors for your participation. You can combine this program with your own sponsorship efforts to further grow your racing career.

Important Notes:

  • This is a limited program — the goal is to give you a way to build your career in the American Electric Karting League through your own work and initiative.
  • You will become part of an elite group of program ambassadors, with a chance to develop unique advantages for your career.
  • Those who fully use this opportunity and learn how to grow their racing career through this program could achieve 100% sponsored participation — and possibly even more in the future!

Program Terms & Conditions:

  • If a recruited driver cancels their registration after completing the transaction, the $500 sponsorship bonus remains non-refundable — as it was allocated to the program. All participants should be aware of this risk.
  • To help manage such cases, AEKL offers a flexible system that allows you to reschedule event participation if needed.
  • Sponsorship bonuses must be used within the current season — they do not roll over to future seasons. Each season starts fresh, and bonuses are earned again each year.

Age Requirement:

  • Participation in the AEKL Sponsorship Program is open to individuals 18 years of age or older.
  • If a participant is under the age of 18, official parental or legal guardian consent is required. In such cases, the parent or legal guardian assumes full legal responsibility for all actions, agreements, and financial processes carried out by the minor under the program.
